Estimated Delivery Time / Transit Time: 5-10 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You can cancel or edit your shipment until our warehouse begins to prepare your shipment. Unfortunately, after our warehouse begins preparing your shipment your order can no longer be edited.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
- Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
- If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
- Express Shipping orders will be shipped by USPS, DHL, or FedEx and International Orders will be shipped by your domestic couriers depending on your country and region.
- Some of our products are shipped locally within the Malaysia, and some of them are from our international warehouses in Hong Kong via secured shipping and handling.
- We ship internationally to all major countries and all orders are entitled for free shipping without any minimum purchase.
- We will send you the tracking number of your orders to the e-mail provided once your order is dispatched. If you’re not able to track with the tracking number provided, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
